Remember, it's up to all of us to keep our athletes and families safe and healthy.
29! That's the number of All-American medals we brought home from the AAU Club Championships! We ranked 21st out of over 200 teams and our 9 year-old girls were ranked 1st in the country. We enjoyed tremendous success, but most of all, we had a great time!
WELCOME TO THE D.C. SPEED TRACK CLUB HOMEPAGE
The mission of D.C. Speed is to provide the youth in Washington, D.C., ages 6 to 18, with resources to build character, confidence, moral and ethical values, and self-esteem through a structured, competitive track and field program.
We are a year-round track program inclusive of fall cross country and conditioning, indoor track, and outdoor track seasons. We accept youth athletes at all ability levels, exposing them to sprinting, distance running, race walking, hurdles, and field events such as long jump, high jump, shot put and javelin throwing.
We are a member of the Potomac Valley Association of USA Track & Field (USATF). Athletes travel and compete locally, with opportunities to advance to regional and national levels of competition.
Remember you compete like you practice, so make the most of your practice time.
Check the calendar often for practice, event, and meet updates and information.
